PB2 and Chocolate Lose It Advantage Shake

This is a DELICIOUS and satisfying shake that is easy to enjoy and that whole family will love. We have recently discovered PB2–an all-natural powdered peanut butter that provides all of the flavor of creamy peanut butter at 85% less fat calories because the peanuts are slow roasted and pressed to remove fat and oil. You’ll be hooked!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Lose-It Advantage Delicious Vanilla
  • 1-2 Tablespoons PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (Available at Central Market)
  • 1/2 tsp Dark Cocoa Powder (Available in Bulk Section of Central Market)
  • 1 Cup Non-fat Organic Milk*
  • 1/2-1 Cup Water*
  • 4-6 Ice Cubes

*Have fun! Use Soy Milk for less sugar or coconut water to hydrate. Adding half of a banana can also help with recovery from a tough workout.

Directions:

  • Pour milk and water into blender
  • Add Lose-It Advantage
  • Add PB2 and cocoa powder
  • Add Ice Cubes
  • Blend on high until frothy and smooth
  • Enjoy as meal replacement*
